Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Larger furniture items may require specialized freight delivery, which can take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee, which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also monitor your order status directly through your Slice account dashboard.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Most of our linens and throw covers are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend checking the specific care label on each product for the best maintenance results.
